You were at her place, right? You being a "clean freak" is your thing, not hers. Yea, maybe it's strange that she didn't want to shower or brush her teeth, but it sounds more like she either needed to use the bathroom and didn't want you there. Or she just wanted you to leave and to make sure you left she said she had to be at work. IDK.. the best thing to do is to talk with her. If you like her..otherwise..it is, what it is.
