A couple nights ago I went to visit a friend who I had not seen in a year and a half. I had always found him attractive, but he had a girlfriend now and they lived together. His GF and I got along right away, and we all had a great night together. Along the way we also got stoned out of our minds.

Compartmentalizing is the best tool for your situation. Just put it in a box labeled naughty things I've done, period. No one needs to know. You dont have to bring it up to him or her or yourself. You can get with him again if you want and add it to your box you labeled "name" or you can go on being his friend. You can go on being her friend too.
