Visit to the doctors

I am a middle aged spinster and never had a serious relationship, too busy working and helping out at the local animal shelter, built myself a comfortable home and allowed for many overseas holiday with my many girl friends. Never had sex no interest really, until I met a man just a few years younger than myself a few months ago. I was due my annual GP visit to check my blood pressure, BMI, and to take blood to test for a,, various things, I was well over child bearing age and had gone through a very easy menopause, so not worried at all about the tests. Anyway I was talking to my long term GP and told him I had met a man and I was considering having sex with him and asked about the male anatomy. I asked about the head of the penis and the doctor explained I then asked about the two hard round things 18 inches from the head and the doctor said "madam for your sake I hope they are the cheeks of his arse".
