God damn right you should tell her! She might not have felt safe telling you, she might even feel embarrassed about it all, but even though that’s something in her past and she might not be like that anymore, it was her and probably still is and she should have shared that with you as it is a part of her history. If you are aroused by it, then don’t shame her. Tell her you accept it and even like it and want to explore it with her.
Correction: I meant if she Does NOT share that side of her and her past with you, then you will both be unfulfilled sexually and you both will obviously not trust each other.
If she’s is still like that or at least wants to be, you have to face it discuss it share it and use it to strengthen your relationship and sex with each other.
