Maybe time for counseling (or not)
My husband bought a new phone and I set it up for him. Of course a lot of pics and things transferred over from his iCloud as well as what was on his phone. There were about a dozen photos that were disturbing. They were dated a year ago and they were of him and two of his friends fucking two young women.

If it only happened one time, kick him in the balls and let it go. However, if you are going to keep making an issue of this one time event, you might need counseling not for him, but for you.
If he's a serial cheater, then do counseling. You also might need to up your game if that is the case.
