Seeing where this goes

I'm a 25 year old college grad with a masters in business. I lucked up and got a deal on a condo from my aunt and uncle at a local golf course that overlooks the lake because they decided to relocated to Florida. I'm an only child and my aunt and uncle couldn't have kids so they've always spoiled me.
The plan was to get married two years ago to my long time girlfriend but as the wedding date got closer, she backed out and moved to NY with her girlfriend. Yes, girlfriend. After we broke up she went on facebook and announced she's a lesbian.
I tried dating. No luck. Girls my age are crazy, on drugs or want to just move in.
This past 4th of July, our condo association had a cookout. We can see the city's fireworks show from our location. This place works for me, I don't drink and due to my work schedule, I go to bed early and most of my neighbors are elderly so the party was tame. It was good to socialize with everyone.
This is were it get's interesting.
I met Kate. She's 57, 5' 1", shoulder length gray hair, skinny & fit (maybe 100lb), bright blue eyes. She was wearing a tight crop yoga shirt (flat tummy & A cups) and light blue tight & very tight capri. She has the body of a fit 20 year old yoga instructor. Not going to deny I was checking her out. She caught me and sat with me. We talked. Her husband of 36 years passed away two years ago. Last summer, she decided to sell the big house and move here.
We talked about everything. She loves to cook, hike, kayak, paddle board and teaches yoga at the community center. I was right! lol She also loved dancing.
We shared relationship stories and have similar frustrations. She's ready to date but guys her age only want to golf or do nothing. She was told she has too much energy and talks too much.
I complimented her appearance. She smiled. I told her any man would be crazy to not want to spend every minute with her. She reached out and held my hand. We watched the fireworks and I asked if it was too late for her to come by my apartment to talk. She did.
It didn't take long before we were in bed and she was riding me! Not exaggerating here but it was the best fuck I'd ever had!
I thought that was it but when I asked her to stay and she did. We hung out together for the rest of the weekend and things are working out.
Right now, I'm not concerned with the age gap. We're having fun together and both of us are enjoying our time together.
