Do you miss it

I know that I’m the husband but am sort of curious about this as my wife and I have discussed it in an offhand way. First she is a Hot Wife, we have lived in this lifestyle for nearly a dozen years. She is a solo woman and let me know right out of the gate, that if we were going to do this she didn’t need an audience watching, that she’d share details when she felt comfortable, which she has.
While during this time, she has established a routine in selecting partners. Early on she decided that she preferred developing a relationship that was more than just sex, thought satisfying sex was very important too. So because her tubes have been tied and she wasn’t afraid of pregnancy, she favored sex without a condom, of course she doesn’t say sex sessions, she says “make love”.
After she confided that to me, I asked if she thought that was a bit too intimate and messy ? Her answer was that she loved the warm feeling of having him cum inside of her, that it was almost magical, and felt empowering. Then almost as an afterthought she confessed on the way home, the feeling of his seed leaking out always made her feel sad in a silly way.
So here is my question, do all women, feel like that
