Think my boyfriend is hot for my mom and vice versa
My boyfriend and I had to move back home with my divorced mom, as our rent increase has made our apartment unaffordable. It sucks, but at least my mom is letting us live there for free. Her house is big, so it's okay. We have privacy.
My mom didn't know my bf that well. We've only been dating three months. She liked him right away, which was nice. My mom is Italian and a bit of a clingy type--likes to give hugs and kisses for greetings. That isn't new. But in the mornings she greets my bf with a kiss on the lips, which is a little too much, imo. I swear a couple of times my bf has slipped her tongue, which she willingly received. It wasn't a make out or anything, just a dirty kiss. That has happened at least twice that I've noticed.
My mom makes us breakfast in the morning. The other day she was in her robe in the kitchen and my bf hugged her from behind and kissed her on the back of the neck. I could see it from the other room. My mom enjoyed it and didn't say it was inappropriate. Instead, she turned around and kissed him.
I don't know how to bring this up with either of them. They both will deny anything, but I swear there is a "thing" percolating between the two of them. I don't know what is worse: my boyfriend wanting to fuck my mom or my mom wanting to fuck my boyfriend. Maybe if my mom could find someone her own age to fuck this wouldn't be a problem, but she is hot for my bf.
I don't want to lose our living situation, but shit, this is going to drive me insane living here.

I'm serious. If you don't enforce some boundaries, these assholes you seem to love will continue to disrespect you. Stand up for your own damn feelings.
Unless their fucking doesn't actually bother you that much, in which case, tell them to at least stop doing it front of you. And if they don't listen, escalate. There needs to be consequences. Just understand that these assholes might literally choose each other over you, because that's what they're doing right now. If you're not prepared for that, at least throw the boyfriend out. Even if you have to make up something to get a restraining order against him, there HAS to be consequences.
I know these other comments are like "join them!" which is totally an option, but you don't sound interested to me (incest isn't actually all that attractive to most people, despite what this website's users may think), so I'm not taking that idea seriously in your case.
You should consider suggesting that the three of you get together for some fun in the bed and see how receptive the two of them are to it. Their willingness to participate or not participate might give you a better clue.
