Dave freaks out
About 2018 my wife discovered CrossFit. A female friend of hers invited her to a class at a local gym. My wife really got into it and I loved what it did for both her physical fitness, her attitude and her sex drive. In 201 a group of four girls decided to contribute to building a small gym in our basement garage. The cost of the CrossFit gym and classes was getting expensive. I didn't complain even after I had to start parking my car outside as I enjoyed seeing the women and their fit spandex covered bodies. It didn't take long for me to also figure out that all four of them were doing a bit more than just working out together and we soon installed a shower room, sauna and a hot tub. It didn't bother me that there was quite a bit of extra curricular sexual activity going on as my wife clearly explained that noting they were doing could be considered romantic and that there was no threat to our marriage.

We have a daylight basement that was unfinished, just a utility roomwhich only took a miniscule part of it. I didn't do any work on it really, just a treadmill, bike some weights and a universal gym.
my wife and her friends belonged to a fitness club but got pissed off when Covid closed it.
The wife and her friends got together and spent a windfall that I stumbled into now it looks like a regular fitness center and is used by more than 2 dozen local women, of course not at the same time.
Didn't mention that we have sort of a mother-in-law addition on the side of the garage as my mom moved in after dad passed and she has made her little apartment into a mini day care as the young mothers drop the children off there. I have never seen her so happy.
My wife looks great and is in the best shape of her life.
While I have had the opportunity to see these women in the skimpiest workout gear, great cleavage and camel toe.
I haven't heard of any of the stuff that Dave witnessed or heard about, also the women like it because my wife made it a man free zone.
