Why is life,so,so cruel

Hey so are we the only alt couple(alt personality)
If so is it concerning,weird. because we share a body there's no way to show affection,no alone time/space. is there any work'arounds.
also how do i explain to my family,friends,boyfriend/girlfriend.etc.
also what if its bad like we can't just force ourselves to care.
