I want to breastfeed

I have a unique fantasy that I finally want to live but I don't know how and don't even know if its possible. I'm one of those ladies who collects the dolls that look like real life babies. I mostly mother them at home and have only taken them in public when on vacation. I started wanting to breastfeed one of them and went on vacation. Each day I was out and about and I'd pause to sit down in public, take out my breast and hold my baby to my teet. It looks normal to anyone passing by but if someone stopped they'd probably see the babys not suckling. I really want to find a realborn or reborn doll who can move their lips and really suck like a baby bottle but I'd like to insert my nipple and let her nurse. Problem is I don't think there are realborn or reborn baby dolls that suckle. I'd pay almost anything for one but apparently it's frowned on in the realborn and reborn community. I've grown to love breastfeeding my reborn in public but want it to be more real.
