Impregnating my sister

When I was in high school I got in trouble and got kicked out. My only option was to stay with my older sister, she was 23 and married. Everything was okay we were making it work, her husband worked a lot of hours and she was going to nursing school. One day she and I were home together and she came in my room to talk. She asked me how I was doing how was school etc, then she went on to tell me that they had been trying to get pregnant and that she hadn't taken bc since she was in high school. She said she checks out but he won't go get tested. I'm 15 and I'm wondering why she's telling me all this and eventually she gets to the point, she wanted me to get her pregnant. I'm 15, I'm living with her, there was really no way for me to say no.
I still remember it like it was yesterday. We always did it in the kitchen so she could watch for her husband, she was usually in shorts, she would pull her pants down but leave her panties on, she would move them aside but always left them on, then leaned over on the kitchen table and that's where we did it, if I started grinding she would tell me to stop and hurry up. We did it 7 times before she missed her next period and we never did it again. She dropped 2 more kids right after her daughter was born so to this day I really don't know if she is my daughter, they all look alike to me, they are all grown now.
