I think an angel stopped me from thinking this

I was watching a scary video online talking about angels killing tons of people and it scared me so i bad that i thought inside of my mind i dont want to meet angels when i die and my thoughts stopped at i dont wanna meet and then it felt like something was inside of my mind that was blocking me from saying angels

can angels block thoughts? i already know that demons can
