Don’t won’t to hear any more

My girlfriend sister is very open when it comes to talking about sex, I would like to think most of “us” don’t tell all about what happens behind closed doors.
The other day my girlfriend asked how her date went, she said it was ok I think he was a bit put off with the noise my fanny makes, I looked up when she said fanny and noises then she explained to me that she sucks in a lot of air when having sex and it sounds like my funny is farting.
She then said she also leaks a lot, what happens after having kids she told me.
