As an employer or a manager

Is there a particular kind of humiliation or mocking that you would love to inflict to your employees that you still didn't had the occasion to inflict ? what i always suggest is to find a submissive and adoring employee in order to add foot worship and dick sucking as a part of it's duties in order to be paid , but if you have something else in mind let me know
