Pregnant women

Does anyone else find themselves attracted to pregnant women? My son and family live with us. I'm normally not attracted to his spouse but everytime she is in the beginning of a pregnancy I become extremely attracted to her. I somehow can sense women are pregnant and I get this deep feeling of attraction. My wife don't know this and it's a hard subject to talk about. We have a family friend I also recently had a really strong sexual feeling towards. I told my wife, I think she's pregnant. She said, no way thry aren't wanting more. Well 3 or 4 weeks go by and they announce it to everyone. I 100% get it right and do pleasure myself over these feelings as I'd never shit in my front yard. Meaning never cheat close to home! I even got it right with 3 women i work with! Had this gurl in HS i asked i was ckose friends with if she was. She said, how do you know? Maybe its some kind of sick sense i have??? Does anyone else get these feelings over pregnant women?
