Is it even wrong? part 2.5

I felt very awkward knowing why they were both naked that morning and my friend not knowing why but we went and ate, Caught out flight home and all went our separate ways at the airport, I couldn't help myself and usually never do unless I have a reason and seeing my sister turn the opposite direction to how she should have to go home made me wonder and after I pulled into my driveway I checked her location and...Yup, She was at my cousins...For 5 hours, 2 days in a row she was there and then the 3rd day she was home in the afternoon so I decided to go talk to her, I drove by 2 days in a row and my cousins car was in the driveway, Finally...Day 5 my sisters car was in the driveway alone and I decided to stop by and talk to her.
I opened the door and walked in as I normally would and dropped the coffees I had picked up, My sister was on the floor, A "wedge" under her hips and my cousin behind her wearing a strap on, My cousin pulled out, Said "WTF J*****e, She Jumped up, grabbed her phone off the floor that was propped up on a pillow and she stood there wide eyed staring me right in the eyes, My sister got up and stood beside her, I said "Ummm...So...Don't you guys work anymore?", My sister said "I took two weeks off when we went to the concert" and my cousin said "I am on stress leave". I said "Can you guys get dressed, I want to talk to you".
We all sat down and I started as they both stared at me, I said "Uhhh, So I was awake after the concert and thought it was gonna be a one time thing which I already wasn't ok with but now I have been driving by and checking your location and you have spent every afternoon together while...I assume your husbands are at work?".
My sister nodded and my cousin said "Mike knows", I raised my eyebrows and she said "I asked him if I could that night after the concert" I shrugged and she pulled out her phone, Opened the conversation and handed it to me, I read it and she said "Awake?", He said "I wasn't", She said "Remember that time you said I could be with a woman if I wanted?", He said "Umm...Ya", She sent him the topless pic of the two of them and said "Is that still in effect?", He said "Is that S******a?", she said "It is", He said "Uh, weird but yes if you want to" and then she sent a couple more pics and he sent a dick pic and I said "Ewww" and handed her the phone back, I said "Ok, Regardless I am not sure how I feel about this, You're cousins", My sister said "well...Actually we talked about that and we are not actually related, You are my sister and she is your cousin but me and her are not actually related...Me and you have different moms and she is your moms niece but no relation to my mom and vice versa", I sat contemplating this and said "So...You're just friends...In your minds?", They looked at each other and my cousin said "well...A bit more than friends now but...essentially...Yes", I left not long after and spent a long time thinking that over and I just have trouble getting past the fact that I am related to both but they are not related to each other even though we all attend a lot of the same family functions. I don't know if my thinking is wrong or if it even matters.
