How to seduce my mother in law?

Where to begin, I've been married for 5 years , with my wife for 11, we are a younger couple. A few years back her mom was in a bad relationship and needed out , so my solution was why don't we all just get a house together, to help her and it helps with bills and just seemed all together easier and a good solution,

Over the years I have grown a veryyyy strong attraction to my mother in law, she's 58, so older but still looks very good, I know she still gets horny and wants sex, but has kind of just given up on the dating scene at least from what I can tell,

We are home alone, just her and I , quite a bit. The problem is, I have never really thought of her as having any lust for me, but the other night her and my wife were playing some sort of question game for each other, in which I heard her saying how she believes my wife takes me for granted, not to be boastful but I am a very nice considerate partner , pick up house chores when she's had a rough day do anything to help out etc.

After hearing her say this about me makes me believe that there is a chance, that she might enjoy something between us, my problem is how to initiate it or test the waters without absolutely decimating my home life in the process,

She works from home, so is always in her bedroom on the computer, working and comes out to get food use the restroom that's about it, I don't really have a way or reason to go in there other than to just talk for a brief minute or bring her a snack at best,

I need some help in thinking of ways to test the waters , seeing if there is anything I can do to peak her interest or get any idea whatsoever if this is even achievable or if I'm just a moron with a fantasy. Any suggestions?
