Wife finally let on
I’ve been married for 16 years. I’ve had a mistress for the last 5 years. It’s not that my wife is a bitch or something like that. She’s rarely interested in sex. The first few years were decent. Sex once a week. Rarely twice a week. But then she changed jobs and her job has her out of the house 10 hours a day and she often brings her work home. I own a couple restaurants. I set the schedules for myself and other management. I give myself off Sunday and Monday. My restaurants aren’t open for dinner and also not on sundays. She started off as a server about 9 years ago, but she was going through culinary school and wanted to move to back of the house so she could get some experience in the kitchen. Around the time she graduated from school, she had basically mastered all the positions. I had just lost my kitchen manager so I gave her a shot. I helped her get used the duties she was responsible for. She was very good at her job.
Then we started sleeping together. She knows that I’m married and knows that I have no intention on leaving my wife. She is totally cool with it as she doesn’t want to get married anyway. We have been having sex 2-3 times a week for the past 5 years.
Then a few weeks ago, my wife suggested we invite Claire to thanksgiving dinner. I asked why. Jane said, “She’s your right hand woman. She makes the menu now. She has a degree in culinary arts…and I want to meet your mistress.” I said, “Mistress?” She said, “The woman you are sleeping with who isn’t your wife. Isn’t that the definition of a mistress?” I said, “Yeah that’s the definition but why would you assume she’s my mistress?” She said, “You ARE sleeping with her, aren’t you?”
I didn’t want to start lying. That always leads to more lies and having to sneak around. I said, “Yes, we ARE sleeping together. It’s only because you never want sex and when you do it’s not exciting sex.” She said, “What is exciting sex?” I said, “Well for one, oral. You don’t go down on me and won’t let me go down on you. You don’t want to switch up positions. You don’t moan or talk dirty or look at porn or even masturbate.” She said, “And Claire does all this?” I said, “Yeah!” She said, “So are you gonna leave me for her?” I said, “No. It’s just about sex. Not love. We have work stuff in common and we have sex. Neither of us wants a relationship so this just works out.” She said, “So invite her over. I want to see how hot she is. I want to see what she does for my husband that I don’t.” I said, “You want me to fuck her in front of you?” She said, “Yep. Maybe it will turn me on to see my husband pleasured by another woman. Kinda like a real life porn.”

Playing with fire
He's been playing with fire for 5 years. Maybe this will lite the fire in his wife's libido. Worse case is that he's already admitted to his wife that he is having sex with another woman, so she has the ammunition if she wants to divorce him. Best case is that his wife will want to fuck him more and be better at it.
