School nurse
When I was 13, I got kicked off the school bus for getting in a fight. My Dad was the bus driver, that meant to get to school I had to walk, or run the six miles from our rural ranch to the school.
I ran all the way the rest of that year, and the next year, I got kicked off again, same bully kid, same reason. Not fair, his folks drove him to school, they owned the grocery store in town, we were poor dirt farmers and had a car, but no way would my Mom defy my Dad.
I got so I could make it to school in under an hour easily, not even really breaking a sweat.
Coach saw that, asked me to go out for the track team, by then I could run the half mile in right at 2 minutes, and the mile in about 4 1/2 minutes, very fast for the time.
That meant the school nurse had to give me a physical, so I went into her office. She had me undress and put on a gown, took my blood pressure, 140/80 and said I would make a fine runner, since I had a good strong heart.
Then she had me turn over, and put her finger up my anus, that was terrible because I was painfully shy. She was sort of homely, about the age of my Mother, and I just did what she asked.
Next she told me my skin "down there was dry" and running might cause chafing, so she got some lotion and rubbed it into my groin, lots of it and she was in no hurry.
"This will keep the skin soft and help you not get rashes."
I began to get an erection, she swatted me on the fanny and told me I was a "bad boy." Then she was rubbing the lotion all over my erection, I was trying to stop that but it was not working, finally I let out a groan and ejaculated.
"There, that should make it go back down." She said with an honest to God giggle.
Next she had me turn around while she used a towel to wipe me up. I never told anyone about that, it was the worst experience of my life at that early age.
I have heard of others that have had similar experiences of being molested, but usually it is girls being molested by men, not the other way around.
I had troubles with that for many years, before I finally got over it.
I had to get a swim physical by the school nurse. She started with my pulse, blood pressure, listened to my heart. She checked for a hernia and feeling around my balls, uh oh, erection. I'm shy, embarrassed, apologized. Finally she said one more test, urinary infection. She held my peen and opened the pee hole to look for discharge. I was oozing pre juice. All done she said. I ran out.
OP here. Mine was similar, except for the lotion. She basically gave me a happy ending while pretending to fix my dry skin condition.
I was almost 30 before I got into a solid relationship, women actually made me nervous.
