One nipple 'better' than the other?
I'm a woman who wears D-cup bras, and one of my nipples is hyper-sensitive. Playing with only that nipple will make me come. Repetitively, Loudly. The other enjoys being played with, too, but the hyper-sensitive one always gets the most attention.
Anyone else? I figure that I can't be the only one.

I have one more sensitive than the other. Funny thing is before I got pregnant my nipples were not sensitive at all. Because I have big boobs, guys would spend a lot of time on them. That was good for them, but super boring for me. lol Now they are much more sensitive and I can orgasm from nipple play, but only if it's concentrated on the "good one".
Anything different with the breast, nipple or areola of the more sensitive one? Anyway, you're right about it being "better" than the less sensitive one. I'd just use the info for better enjoyment.
