New wife is not a princess after all
I'm 44, and got married to my wife, who's the same age, five months ago. It was her third marriage, and my second. When we met, we had awesome chemistry. We only dated for two weeks before we decided to get married. The attraction was hot, heavy, and immediate.
She's also a CEO for a medical supply company and makes a ton of money. I had always been middle class, but marrying her has allowed me to live the high life. She never asks; she just gives it as a statement of fact. All of this was not so subtle code for "I'm going to get fucked a lot while you're gone." I know for a fact that she's had at least one orgy at the house, because she told me about it. She knows I hate what she's doing, but at the same time I think she likes it when I'm not around, so she can have her parties and trysts.
You might think, "Dude, you should feel lucky," but I'm devastated. I'm not interested in swinging. The thought of it makes me want to vomit. I'm only interested in having her to myself. She's been screwing at least 6 guys (and maybe two girls) with some regularity since we've been married, and it drives me crazy thinking about it. Some of these guys are younger, better looking, and more fit. I can barely maintain an erection anymore, because I feel inferior. My wife still has sex with me, and says she enjoys it, but I have a hard time feeling the same way, knowing that I'm only sharing her. If it weren't for the money, I'd move on, but I do like being wealthy.

When that gets old liquidate as much of the property as you can, like the Maserati and the Rolex for starters and empty all the joint accounts into your own personal accounts and find the best divorce attorney you can find. The best will be able to work through the prenups with extra funding for your new lifestyle as you leave the marriage and kiss her ass goodbye.
It's too late to do anything about it now. If you had any chance of stopping her it was early on. Now she knows she can do it, and she'll keep doing it.
What I'd do is get hard evidence such as pictures and recordings of her infidelity. Then I'd file for divorce. With a good lawyer, you'll get something out of the deal.
If you don't want to stay in the marriage, I'd still get evidence on her, in case she wanted to divorce you. If you do leave, do everything you can not to leave empty handed. And yeah, what the first commenter said: go get some pussy for yourself.
