So I've been being cheated on by my husband. He said he had to confess something. I thought I knew what was coming because I'd had my suspicions. I was wrong. He's been cheating on me with other MEN. For the past 6 years of our marriage he's been having secret gay flings behind my back. I'm so confused.
Your husband is bisexual, and is cheating in order to have an outlet for that aspect of his sexuality. That doesn't excuse it - bi people can be just as monogamous as straight or gay people - but that at least explains what's happening.
How you react is up to you, of course. You could leave him, or get counseling together and see if you can come up with an arrangement that's acceptable to both of you. It may sound crazy, but it can work out! My wife and I have an arrangement where there are a couple of guys she knows and trusts who I'm allowed to hook up with from time to time. Likewise, she has a couple of people she's allowed to hook up with.
