I met this boat broker at one office and he took me around showing all the good sail boats they had in their listing and I fell in love with a Gozzard 42 footer ketch and it had very few hours on the engine and a good sail inventory and I s\told him that was the one I wanted and we went back to the office and he called the owner to see if he'd accept the offer I made for cash and he showed up about 20 minutes later, We signed the papers and I gave him $150,000 and he asked why I was carrying around so much money and I said you didn't know and I also pulled out of my purse a colt commander 45 auto and I said I wasn't worried. He smiled and the broker gave me a kiss one I'll always remember to seal the deal and I asked the previous owner of the boat to show me how the Gozzard handled under sail and he agreed and for the next three months every week end we spent together and it turned out to be a very memorial time we spent together for he couldn't keep his hands to himself nor his cock.

I agree..Don't pursue any further. I was lucky enough..Damn lucky..To have at a hot Realtor friend from my business group. She's gorgeous, way-ass out of my league, but somehow, we got together twice. Then, nothing. Pretty much understood, was fun, enjoyable, and hot, but..It's done. Physical only.
