My gf can't go on the pill, so we only really have condoms to stop her getting pregnant. Now we've been talking about going unprotected but don't want to start trying to have kids till next year, are there any good methods for bareback sex that offer a small chance of pregnancy? It wouldn't be the end of the world if she did get knocked up, just don't want her missing out on the rides at Universal and Disney next June due to being pregnant :)
The diaphragm, the IUD, and the rhythm method are three possibilities. The rhythm method is the least effective of these for preventing pregnancy, but it has fewer health risks.
Just keep in mind that any method can fail. As long as you are willing to accept and love any child your wife carries to term, you'll be ok.
