My niece is in love with me
She's been staying with me since Thanksgiving (she's of legal age) and she told me she wants to live with me instead of my sister now. Not only has she been very cuddly and overly affectionate but she's been coming into my bedroom every morning and cuddling up with me.
I told her she is welcome to move in, but she needs to tell her mom because I'm not going to.

If she is hot and willing, I would definately let her move in and poke the shaft to her. Make sure you get some good video to prove that it is consentual sex so she doesnt pull the old "my uncle raped me" routine. Otherwise, like they say, incest is best.

I wanted to leave a comment because I had something similar happen with my niece.
I was the fun Uncle and I was my niece's best buddy. She could chat with me about all the things she was afraid to ask her mom (My sister) or her dad. We discussed her boy issues, puberty issues, and I helped her get through her classes because I was a better tutor and wanted to see her succeed.
Then I went to Southeast Asia to help build well and schools for kids. What started out as a two year job wound up lasting 12 years. When I finally came back home I found my niece constantly fought with her mom. Her mom and dad divorced years before and now their home was a powder keg just waiting to explode. Finally my niece had enough and showed up at my door one night crying her eyes out. My sister (her mom) kicked her out saying that if she liked "Her uncle" better than "Her mom" then she could just pack up and live with him. So she packed up what she could and moved in with me.
From the first day she was a snuggle monster and was happy all the time. I had a one room apartment so I let her have the bed but after the sofa hurt my back we slept in the same bed. After about a week of this my sister wanted her to move back home. My niece told her she wasn't coming back. I tried my best to stay out of the middle of it but you eventually get dragged into the arguments. Date nights were out because how would I explain my niece there. We had sex then it got weird and she left one night. Now my sister and my niece won't talk to me.
I guess what I am saying is let her move in, but put restrictions on it. Let her only stay for a month or so, she needs to have her own room, and have a dress code at home.
