Permission for a facial or not?
As the post title really!!
My wife does not really like giving blowjobs, and definately never lets me cum in her mouth.

By her reply, I would say she is encouraging, and perhaps even daring you to do it. She didn't tell you not to, and her response is more of a challenge.
