Sister in law wanted a baby

When my wife and I got married we decided that if we wanted children we would adopt. We never got around to it but started thinking about it when her 30 year old sister said she wanted a baby. My wife tried convincing her to adopt but the agencies didn't want to give a child to a single woman with a part time income.
My sister in law asked if I would help. We started sleeping together whenever we could and she did get pregnant. I thought she would stop sleeping with me when her test came back positive but instead she was over all the time, we fixed up a spare bedroom for her visits and eventually she moved in so we could help her with her pregnancy.

My wife never knew that it was my baby.

My wife caught me and her sister fucking one weekend when we thought she was going to be out for hours. She thought I was sick wanting to fuck a women 8 months pregnant. Her sister tried to calm her down by saying it was her fault and she just needed some love once in a while. My wife walked out of the house and didn't come back until that night. She said I had to move out or she would. Her sister said that if I had to move out then she would go with me. My wife didn't expect that and we stayed up all night talking. We didn't work things out really and I had to sleep on the couch, and my wife made sure I was never alone with her sister.

After the baby girl was born my wife completely changed. She wanted her own baby now and we started sleeping together again. She got pregnant right away and once night thing is being pregnant made her really tired all the time. It gave me and her sister time alone again.

My wife is due to give birth in September. It's going to be a boy. I feel like I have two wives now.
