There's this gorgeous girl I work with that's been married for a couple years I think. The typical super hot girl in high school you couldn't even talk to because you were so nervous, only both of us are years past high school. We flirt and talk and every so often we get a little more detailed than a married woman and a single guy should. She's told me, on different occasions, that she was very "active" before marriage, bisexual and really wants to be with another woman again, and other stuff I won't go into. The other day she said she feels like there's some sexual tension between us and there shouldn't be because she's married. I don't her that didn't matter, and she said ya I know. There can be sexual tension between anyone, marriage doesn't automatically deter it. In generalized statements she's said she doesn't want to cheat on her husband, but its never been directly asked or suggested we do it. I don't want to make her do something she'll regret, but I think she wants it and I'm sure she knows I do. I kind of feel like it's the classic "you make the move so I don't feel responsible" attitude. I also feel like if I just say "so you wanna fuck?" it will kill this little game that's going on and it might go somewhere if we keep playing it. I'm open to suggestions.

If she has kids, leave it alone. Don't be one of those guys that doesn't consider innocent kids. Be a decent guy and don't screw with her family life. Make yourself represent excitement - make her view you as having the fun she used to have, not just an ego boost. Tell her crazy, fun stuff. Make it up. Talk about fun clubs you went to or some wild sex with someone you just met. Make your lifestyle what she misses and make you represent her youth and her husband the boring stuff she has now. Be to cool to care about sexual tension and make her long for her single days. Use innuendo. Tell her you hooked up with some crazy girl over the weekend that wanted a 3 way with her friend. Make a joke about introducing them. Then, when you've made yourself fun guy and avoided showing interest for a few months, toss out that you're meeting friends at a fun bar for happy hour if wants to come along. Be nonchalant. If she bites, you're in. Go to a place that is a cool restaurant that's a great date spot. Have drinks at the bar. Say your friends are running late. Get her jealous by mentioning a hot girl there. Ask if she's hungry and see where it goes. You want her to remember the fun of dating. You do that and that's the time to make a move like holding her hand. You've won if that happens and can move on to fun stuff.
This is good advice. It's worked for me in the past. I've fucked women with families and have had regrets. If it's just her & hubby you may be doing them both a favor. She's responsible for herself & feelings.
On the other hand, you could meet for breakfast or lunch a few times a good ways off from the workplace, then casually mention to her that if you keep meeting like this that people might think you are having an affair. She may reply "you want to?"
