Is it sexual abuse if the child over 12 actually initiates?
There have been many cases of predators having sex after grooming and basically preying on them, but what if the 'child' is the one instigating the action.
Yes, I agree as an adult they should use discretion, and I'm not saying it's right, I've never heard from if the child being reprimanded, or punished for putting an adult in the situation.
Simply an observation.
My little sis and I were coerced into participating in making porn vids when we were both still kids. I still feel just awful about it, lots of shame. The adults are all dead so they got away with it.

If a child initiates something, you have to stop it, right. But what if you're deep asleep and she sneaks into your room, pulls out your dick and starts sucking it? You might not even wake up. Technically, it's a sexual intercourse with a minor no matter what, but can you be accused of it? Are you still "a predator" in the eyes of the law?
