Creepy Boss
I just graduated from high school and am going to start at a local community college in late August. My family isn’t poor, but my parents don’t have money to throw around. So I’m working two jobs, all the hours I can this summer to save money so that I can limit my work to weekends once school starts.
One of my jobs is a fast food place with a creepy boss. He’s in his mid-thirties and is too much of a jerk to have a girlfriend. About a month after I started working there, he started brushing past me and touching my butt or boobs. About the third time that happened, I told him to knock it off. He just laughed.
Last night, he and I were the only people working and I was bringing two bags of frozen french fries from the freezer, so my hands were full. As I walked past him he stepped in front of me and grabbed my boobs with both hands.
I dropped the fries and kneed him in the balls as hard as I could. Apparently I connected because he collapsed on the floor and curled up in a ball. Don’t mess with a girl who plays soccer.
He can fire me if he wants, but it’ll cost him his job too because I’ll file a formal complaint. I have witnesses of previous incidents.
What a jerk.
This is a tough situation because she's going to lose her job. Yes, you can do a complaint in all of that process. But she still loses the job. She still needs money.
She will have to get another job. There's other places she can work
