Should I tell my friend I caught her husband sniffing my panties?

I am a biracial (b/w), married, 28F and we often travel with my best friend and her husband, we all get along very well. My friend is more of the conservative southern-belle type, the sort to wear a "mom" onepiece to the beach and thinks the average g-string from Victoria Secret is considered "lingerie" to be worn on a special occasion. I however, wear thongs to the beach and have considered g-string's from VS everyday underwear since I was 14. Nonetheless, we've been bffs since freshman year of college.

I know guys check me out, including my friends' husbands, but it's natural and I don't find it offensive or anything like that and my friends make honest jokes when they catch their husbands starring too long or whatever, just light fun to put them on the spot.

But, I also have caught them "sneaking" pics of me while I'm tanning, usually intuition - based on their behavior with their phone or something, but more than once their sunglasses reflected back onto their screen so I could see the camera open, although they were pretending to text or whatever. I've told my husband, and he's super cool and usually quips to the effect of "ehh, you're hot, you have the perfect ass, can't blame em". I appreciate that approach and thus never call them out on it or tell my friends.

Last vacation 4 of us couples rented an AirBnb in Jamaica. The entire week was no different than what I described above. But we all we're having a blast. One evening after dinner, we got home and changed from our clothes into our bathers to hang by the pool/hot tub. My husband asked me to go up to our room to retrieve his weed and papers.

Instead of going through the house, I approached our room from the outside to utilize the glass sliding door. When I got up to the door, my bff's husband was standing in my room, with the panties I had worn that evening pressed against his face while he was rubbing himself over his pants. I was shocked so just turned around and went back. If anything, I just needed a minute to process it. The next evening, it happened again - he'd wait for us to change then went back inside, this time I was privy to him so went to see what he was up to and sure enough he again was sniffing my panties I had worn out that night.

I haven't told anyone b/c I do not know if that behavior rises to something my friend should be aware of? Should inform my friend??
