To solve the abortion issue in the United States all Americans born in the USA should be neutered at birth.
Americans can also reach zero abortions if being neutered was a mandatory procedure for all of the American population. Prevention is the best way to control the spread of American abortions.
It would be nice to have less Americans stuttering around fucking things up. All White Americans should be neutered at birth and in the fullness of time the United States would become a car park for Canada and Mexico administered by the Native American tribes :)
