Had to borrow a bathing suit at school
So when I was in middle school, we had a swim class each day, and you were required to bring your bathing suit with you from home. If you forgot to bring it, you didn't get to sit out from class, you had to borrow a bathing suit from whatever was in the lost and found.
I was probably like 11 or 12 when this happened, but one day I forgot to bring my bathing suit. Now, they had a few things in the lost in found, but most of them were two piece bathing suits, and one of the rules of swim class was that girls had to wear one piece suits. There was a one piece in the lost and found, but the thing is that this one piece was so old and so worn that it was basically threadbare. There was no liner in it, and honestly it was like two sizes too big for me.
I didn't want to get in trouble though, so I put it on and joined the class for the warm up swims. I realized immediately that when the suit got wet, it was basically sheer.
