Not all the employees are disrespectful d*** heads that pretend to be adoring in order to get a ise , there are also emplyees , both males and female that would love to humbly worship you feet as a normal part of their job and don't even dream about ask for a rise , instead , they only thing they need in "return" is quite for you to not take advantage of their humle nature in order to lower their pay, and of course they need you to not expose them , so yeah , they really need only those two things in "return"
