American football needs to man up
My brother took me to my nephew's first high school football game. He is not that talented, but gets some time as a 2nd string substitute on defense back and gets full reps on special teams blocking.
We watched the kickoff and I was eager to see how he did. Woah! He got fucking annihilated by some guy on the other team to the point where he flipped up about three feet and crashed like a spineless worm. It was full speed.
The game stopped, and his coaches went to check on him. My brother and I went out on the field too, as we were concerned. My nephew was totally knocked out. He twitched a little bit, so we knew he wasn't dead. The coach said he was "done" and probably had a concussion, but that pissed me off. I got into his coach's grill and said this game is not for pussies. I told him to put him back in the game. He told me to stop drinking and get off of the premises. I admit that I was drinking a lot.
My brother and I played a lot of American football and had concussions, but you get the fuck up and battle! WTF are we teaching kids these days when we teach them to be pussies? They should get back in the game asap. This is about growing a pair.
I'm confused. Are you saying that he should have kept playing with a concussion? I started watching football around 1974, and nobody thought that way.
Troll much?
OP is trolling
You're a piece if shit. Football isn't for pussies but if a kid gets a concussion, it can be devastating for life. My son was a bad ass running back. Got clocked because "coach" decided a freshman should be on varsity and got hit in practice by a fucking train. He put him back in thinking like you, he's tough. Next hit he was in hospital for 3 weeks, not knowing if he'd ever regain his conciseness. He's grown now, still a bad ass, but things changed then and the TBI is for life!
