I've always been so curious, I've done so many research but I got none (probably the government doesn't want this to be on internet). I always get questioned myself about the movies of victims easily unconscious after getting a napkin or fabrics on their nose. I don't want to believe it but I have a friend who's been a victim like this which is so similar to movies, can anyone answer me? They said it is a liquid they pour on fabric, What is it? A chloroform? It could take a minute to be effective, how much chloroform to pour on fabric if so?
