Pretend belly punching
Me and my best friend in our teens were very much into crossdressing, especially in belly shirts. We used to play this pretend belly punching game. We were "inspired" by watching shows with belly punching in them.
One of us would be the receiver, having shirt rolled up, or tied up with a rubber band. The other is the puncher. The receiver would stand against the wall, hands tied behind. The "puncher" would then playfully punch the receiver's belly.
I remember being the receiver, standing with my hands tied back. My friend would gently punch my exposed belly. I would out on my best expressions of mock pain and grunts. I would moan that his punches hurt. I was turned on too. We would play this occasionally.
He also got creative, knelt down and began gently headbutting my belly. It got me by surprise, as I felt his head filling my belly, while all I could do was take it. As I looked down, I saw him ramming his head like a battering ram, his head gently pushing into my tummy. It stung a bit, but felt so good.
Then it would be my turn, and I would return the favor lol.
