Worst mother ever

I want to tell you about the worst mother in the world. My mother trafficked my 13 year old stepsister to a cooperative of taxi drivers who were old enough to be her grandfathers.

My sister tried to unalive herself two times in recent years, and has had severe depression, but my mother said she didn't understand why.

I was only 18 when it happened and we were not living in the same home but when I found out that my 13 year old stepsister had not come home, my boyfriend and I worked around the clock to find her. My mother sat there wringing her hands and blaming my sister as if it was her fault for going missing.

Found out that several men had locked her in a hotel room, giving her no food or water, and my mother did absolutely nothing about it. She did not go to the police and report her child missing. The police would have found her.

Of course I expected my mother to report this incident to the police because my boyfriend tracked down the men and knew exactly who they were and gave my mother this information thinking that the men would be prosecuted.

Instead, I overheard my mother make a remark about how she got back at the men by making them pay her so that she wouldn't report them to the police. I was so pissed. If I and my boyfriend had taken my stepsister directly to the police station and then to the hospital my stepsister would have had counseling, STI tests, etc. and she would have had a direct intervention with legal protection. My mother, instead of protecting her own child, decided to get money. Her favorite child, by the way. And for a small amount which she used for herself.

Have not spoken to my mother in 10 years because of just how disgusting she is. My stepsister is not going no contact with my mother, instead they have some kind of friendly relationship as if the incident never happened. My stepsister is so messed up in the head to forgive my mother for that. She got pregnant by 17 and had her second child at 19. Now a third one. Three different fathers each of whom physically abused her and left her a single mother while she was pregnant.

After she was kidnapped and assaulted, her school noticed that she had serious behavioral problems, but my mother chose to cover her ass instead of recognizing that her child was psychologically traumatized. She complained to everyone that my stepsister's teachers at school were calling her a bad mother. (She was).

I despise her very much and I would very much like to never speak to her again. I can't personally sue her because the thing didn't happen to me, and if my sister were healthy in any way she would have filed a lawsuit against my mother for allowing her to be trafficked.

Recently one of my other stepsisters sent me a photograph at Christmas with her lovely children and husband and my mother was in the frame grinning from ear to ear in the photograph like she was a grandmother of the year.
