Cleavage

I have been a very busty girl since a very young age I started to wear a training bra at age 9 by the time I was in my teens they were huge anyway one day I had to go to the city of Los Angeles and as I was only sixteen years old I only had a learner permit so I was not able to drive yet at least not by myself so I called my cousin who was 20 years old had a nice car and he said yes he would, it was a warm day so I wore a silk dress it was soft and lose it had a U neckline it was revealing but not too much showed very little cleavage and I had tied my hair in pigtails my cousin came to pick me up as I came close to his car I noticed he had few things in the front seat of his car so he told me to get in the backseat at that time he drove a very nice 1986 Chrysler New Yorker in mint condition with no A/C so all windows were down so I replied back saying I am not dressed for 80mph wind my cousin says well this is the only option you have or wait till you get your drivers license and drive yourself to L A, well I had to shop for a dress for my sweet sixteen party so I said fine lets go so I get in the backseat and we get going as we drove my dress kept getting ballooned up and was flapping like a flag on a windy day and even though my hair was tied up in pigtail but because windows were down it was very windy some of my hair came lose and was flying all over my face and when we got on the freeway my dress was so ballooned up it almost covered my face I noticed my cousin kept looking at me through rear view mirror but I always thought of him as a close friend so I just sat back and enjoyed the wind, when we got to our destination in L A I noticed my dress was showing little to much cleavage so I adjusted my dress ran a quick comb through my hair and got out of the car but my cousin would not so I say to him hey whats wrong come on lets go he kept saying give me a minute I think he had gotten aroused looking at me through his rear view mirror but was it because my dress kept getting ballooned up or the fact that my dress had become more revealing I still to this day could not figure it out why would he get aroused looking at me we grew up together like brother and sister and even though he is now married with two kids when ever we have family gathering I can feel his eyes on me at all times
