I met my wife when she was 14 and I just turned 16. She developed early, stood 5'4", weighing about 110lbs with a perfect 36-24-36 body and C cup tits. I loved her perfect body. Fast forward 15 years, we have been married 9 years and have a four year old daughter. My wife thought a D cup would be best. The doctor said let's do a few measurements and see if her upper body was the right proportion. He called and in his assistant, told my wife to remove her shirt and bra. My wife stood up and the doctor told my wife to raise her arm and lock her dings behind neck. The assistant started taking measurements and wrote them in the chart. The doctor feeling my wife breasts and the cupped them. He said he thought a D cup would be too big because it would stretch the skin too much and not look natural, he recommended a C+. He also explained he would make the incision in the nipple as opposed to under the breast. That way she could wear a bikini and no scars would be visible. My wife had the operation and looked fantastic. Her breast were beautiful and she look every bit as she did in her teens.
The next few years were great. I loved going out to parties with my wife and watching the looks she would get from males and females alike. We shopped for outfits that accented her breasts... my favorite was a squared top with a fishnet insert. It showed lots of cleavage!
I didn't things could get better but little did I know what to as in store for me. About two years ago I came home from work and my neighbors wife was looking looking at breast augmentation pamphlets with my wife. I asked what was going on. I got a nice look before she put her top back on.
My wife has become the impromptu neighborhood consultant for the women wanting to improve their breasts and I have seen my fair share of tits at the kitchen table.... win win for me!

You should play doctor. When you're consulting, you should feel their naked breasts and suggest a cup size. I bet your wife would play along and you be able to do more than look.
