How the hell do I possibly open this topic??

So, earlier this month(October as I'm writing this), I was watching my sister's kids(9 and 10). For background, the kids slept in the same room, which they're a bit old for but it's what they had in their trailer a couple of years ago and while he wouldn't admit it, I assume the youngest is scared to sleep alone. They also sleep with a TV on and the sound up; that's important. I'm sleeping in their living room, unfamiliar surroundings, with a TV playing Phineas and Ferb within hearing distance, also not anything I'm used to. So, I'm up until like ten-thirty, and at some point, just as I'm getting to sleep, their tv switches from cartoons to something I'm pretty sure their parents didn't approve. Idk where these kids got their hands on a porn movie, but I know porn when I'm hearing it. Now I'm wondering if their parents know, if I should tell them, how in the hell I can bring it up(as per the title) and if the kids are doing anything with each other their parents should know about(maybe there's another reason the kids don't want separate rooms).
