It's possible for both to be true. She was definitely in the wrong for cheating on you, but it sounds like you're just using that as an excuse to have unsafe sex with as many women as you can, putting your life and hers at risk. At some point it stops being "getting even" and becomes "giving up the moral high ground and proving yourself to be worse than her."
More to the point though, the way you talk about her makes it clear that you hold her in contempt. That's understandable, but if there's nothing she can ever do to atone then you should've just left her.
