Girlfriend became free use for free rent
Back in college, me and my good buddy from freshman year decided to get an apartment off campus because the dorms were too expensive.
So we get a place, and my girlfriend at the time, who kind of had a "reputation" as a big freak came to live with us, because she couldn't find a roommate. We were all pretty broke, and she was having trouble finding a decent job where we live. So my roommate, who was cool, but kind of an asshole makes this joke to her one day when we were hanging out to, we'll call her Britney, "You know you don't have to pay rent if you do other things..." He was only half way joking, and he I knew he wasn't talking about doing dishes.
So I go, "Brit, you down? What would you do for it."
"You know I have an oral fixation, I'll suck dick for it."
So it started out as she would just suck his dick sometimes. Then it progressed to she would suck us both at the same time, and after a few weeks of this, it pretty much turned in to us tag-teaming her a last a few times a week. My wife suggested only renting to girls. My wife was at work when Sara approached me in the back yard. I was cleaning up around the pool. Oh yeah, the house had an in ground pool and we gave the renters access.
Sara was wearing a tiny bikini and told me she didn't have the rent money and offered to clean the pool or other tasks.
She offered oral and I agreed. The next month she asked if we could have sex for the rent. She transferred to another college after one year and we got a new renter.
Word must have got out because we never had problems renting the apartment AND ALWAYS when it was time to collect the first rent payment, the new renter would offer sex for free rent.
We rented the apartment for 15 years until we retired, sold the house and moved to the mountains of North Ga.
