Serious question.

It will help you get to the second round sooner, but it will not delay your first ejaculation. On the other hand, masturbating a time or two a few hours before you have sex might do wonders for your stamina.
I’m 38 and I use low dose daily Cialis. Somewhat pricey; but I find I only ‘need’ 1-2 pills a week so one refill last me awhile. No side effects, could go pounding for a good solid hour twice a day on it — but with kids, schedule, etc, we do it about once a day and maybe twice on Saturdays.
