Been married for 18 years and cheated from the start

Before I was married I had a girlfriend on and off for many years. Her and I had a mostly sexual relationship that came and went, we knew we had nothing in common but we had great sex that always kept us coming back together despite having other reltionships going on. After I got married I tried to stay away from her even though my wife wasn't as adventerous in bed. After about 6 months my old lover asked me to see her, I knew she wanted sex and I was already bored with my wife's sexual ways. I met her had sex with her that day and a few months later I called her, I needed her sex bad. We met at a motel far from my home and I spent half a day in bed with her. For the past 18 years we still have a sexual relationship, we have sex maybe 2 or 3 times a year and no one knows or suspects I'm cheating. My lover has been married and divorced, it never stopped her from having discrete sex with me at any time. I nerver neglect my wife in fact she once complained about how much sex I want from her. I show her a lot of sexual interest, I know she never thinks I'd ever be cheating. Could you imagine how bad this would be if she ever found out I've been having sex with my friend since high school and it never ended. My wife knows her as my high school friend and my neighbor growing up, our parents are friends but she never knew about the sex we had. My wife never suspected anything between us. Only 1 or 2 people actually know we had sex and that was exposed after high school but their not around anymore and no one really cared, sex was very common in my high school. My lover had a few guys in high school, she took my virginity and not long after she said I gave her the best orgasm she ever had back then. One day when we were having sex she asked me to fuck her ass, she never did it but wanted to try it.
