I used to work at a restaurant when I was in my early 20s. I was married, but it never kept my coworkers from flirting with me or the other girls. We flirted back too. I have many friends in the restaurant/bar business, and have heard and seen this for years. Most places tend to play "who's fucking who", including management. Knew one woman, extremely hot, former model in another state, and men just went for her. Apparently, she had a thing for the low-level employees, cooks, dishwashers, etc, fucking them on a regular basis.

As for bartenders, same thing..Guy friend of mine, a 10+ year bartending veteran, has historically had at floor staff, hostesses, and other bartenders (usually younger and more gullible), and, one of many female friends who work in that business openly brags about the younger guys and "that's why there here..I'll eventually have them all".

To be fair, too..I also know a few regular customers who make the rounds with staff. One guy at my usual place has been with four different bartenders, more than one floor person, and, from what I understand..A hot, MILF-y manager who wasn't there long. Was a bit after her, myself. I manage a casual dining restaurant, one of the big, recognizable chains with a day of the week in its name. Like most restaurants we have a pretty good turnover, about 15% a month. Which means I am always interviewing and hiring new staff.
