Lusting after a school friend

I am a 17yo girl and I am lusting after this girl at school. she is stunningly beautiful and I am desperate to ask her out but I dont know how she will react, as she has a bf and seems straight. Once I thought she was looking at me in the showers after P.E. and I did try to flaunt my body by dropping my towel etc but she never said anything. However the sight of her naked body got me so hot and I had to play with myself as soon as I got home. I fantasise about her all the time. I imagine her kissing me after a party and then we spend the night fucking. She knows I am bi and we are friends but I just want to take it further but I'm scared of her saying no.
