My girl left me two months ago out of the blue and just replaced me with someone else i am sure she was already seeing... the issue i have is the face how all of a sudden it was! no pre warning sign, barely any attempts at discussion but the 'issues' i mean i was not perfect but i gave her my all and then some which was alot.... what is killing me is how much i love her still! i dont think about her constantly more between bouts of time where things are good then i realise i am in love with someone who purposely manipulated and took advantage of all i did for her.. why cannot i not stop loving her i dont want to anymore but all i can think of when i think of her is how much i need her back and just still love her unconditionally even though she hates me now which i dont understand.. i dont know what to do this has briefly killed me already (literally)i need her!

You said she ended it without warning. She just left and suddenly she was with someone else. It's pretty clear that she was having an affair long before she ended it with you.
To her this had been coming for a while. You however didn't see it coming so it seems sudden. There's also the "I want what I can't have," thing going on here. You need closure and the only way you're going to get it is if you can talk to her and get answers. The problem with closure is, you never get the answers you were hoping for. Trust me my friend, there are millions of women out there that would love to be your girlfriend. You just need to get out there and meet them. I know it's hard, but you need to replace her. And this will help you put her behind you. It may not seem like it right now, but one day down the road you'll look back and wonder what you ever saw in her.
If you love her let her go, if she returns on her own it is the only way you will get her back. Try talking to other ex girlfriends you have, notice I said try, and ask them why they left you or the relationship went south. Remember let them talk to you do not dictate the discussion.
