Wife's admission
I am 36. My wife is 39. We have been married for 12 years. About 5 years ago, she admit to me that she had been having an affair. I was a bit upset at first until she told me it was with her best friend Kate.
Here we are in the present. We are still married and we have sex twice a week. She is still with Kate. In fact, she is very much in love with her. They have sex 3-4 times a week. They go on stretches when they have sex every day. Yep even days when she and I have sex.
Screw the doomsayers, this kind of situation CAN work out great long term! My wife and her girlfriend have been together for almost 20 years now, and after some initial bumps in the road we're all in a very happy place together.
This won't end well.

If I were you I would ask your missus if a threesome is on the cards, you know it makes sense. If not tell her to dump Kate and to find a bisexual woman to have an affair with. But whatever you do be sensitive about it do not be shallow as she will see through you.
Sounds like a great arrangement for all three of you. As long as each of you is fully aware of everyone's activities and expectations, I think it's great that you are all having your needs fulfilled.
My wife has had a huge crush on her best friend for years, but has never acted on those feelings. I wish she would, as I would gladly share her.
